In 1948, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) was proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly. Now, more than 70 years later, it remains a cornerstone of international human rights because of fundamental rights it protects.

Article 18 – Freedom of thought
Article 19 – Freedom of opinion and expression
